Recap Media Videography/Camera Services Terms and Conditions

1. Booking and Payment Terms:

1.1. The full payment is due 30 days from the date of the invoice.

1.2. A late fee of 1.5% will be charged per month for outstanding balances beyond the due date.

2. Ownership and Usage Rights:

2.1. Recap Media retains ownership of all raw and edited footage until full payment is received.

2.2. Upon receipt of full payment, the client is granted the non-exclusive rights to use the edited footage for the agreed-upon purpose outlined in the project scope.

2.3. Any additional usage rights must be negotiated and agreed upon in writing.

3. Event Changes and Cancellations:

3.1. The client must notify Recap Media of any changes or cancellations to the event or project as soon as possible.

3.2. In the event of cancellation:

100% charge if canceled 1-3 days before the event.
75% charge if canceled 4-7 days before the event.
50% charge if canceled 8-11 days before the event.

4. Equipment and Technical Issues:

4.1. Recap Media will make every effort to ensure the proper functioning of equipment, but cannot be held responsible for unforeseen technical issues.

4.2. In the case of equipment failure or other unforeseen circumstances, Recap Media will make reasonable efforts to find a suitable replacement.

5. Refusal of Service:

5.1. Recap Media reserves the right to refuse service to any client for any reason.

5.2. Recap Media may terminate a project if the client fails to adhere to these terms and conditions.

6. Confidentiality:

6.1. Recap Media agrees to keep all client information and project details confidential.

6.2. The client agrees not to disclose any proprietary information received from Recap Media during the course of the project.

7. Dispute Resolution:

7.1. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms and conditions shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.

8. Governing Law:

8.1. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.

9. Changes to Terms:

9.1. Recap Media reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes.

By engaging in our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

Video Editing

Recap Media Video Editing Services Terms and Conditions

1. Payment Terms:

1.1. Payment is due within 30 days from the date of the invoice.

2.1. The client acknowledges that Recap Media retains ownership of all original and edited video content until full payment is received.

2.2. Upon receipt of full payment, the client is granted the non-exclusive rights to use the edited videos for the agreed-upon purpose outlined in the project scope.

2.3. Any additional usage rights must be negotiated and agreed upon in writing.

3. Music Licensing:

3.1. Recap Media will use licensed and royalty-free music in the edited videos whenever possible.

3.2. The client is responsible for obtaining any necessary licenses or permissions for music or other copyrighted material provided to Recap Media for use in the videos.

4. Project Revisions:

4.1. Recap Media will provide two rounds of revisions during the editing process.

4.2. Additional revisions beyond the agreed-upon two rounds will be subject to additional fees.
